A single listing costs £99 for 90 days, beginning when it is approved, paid and published. For regular advertisers, £250 per month covers up to 10 active listings. Monthly billing renews until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

Everything a useful advert needs

• A gallery of up to 30 photographs, plus floorplans and EPC documents.
• Structured property facts, a clear description and your preferred contact methods.
• A dashboard to edit, withdraw and mark listings sold or let.
• Approval before publication, with feedback if changes are needed.

Stay in control

You decide how people contact you and handle those conversations directly. We do not take a percentage of the property sale. Check any existing agency contract before advertising privately, because separate agent fees may still apply.
