You do not need a subscription to advertise more than one property. Pay £19 for each listing from the same account, with a separate 90-day advertising period and no automatic renewal. Three listings cost £57 in total.
The monthly plan gives you up to 10 active places that you can reuse when properties are sold, let or withdrawn. It costs £49 each month (£147 for three monthly payments), so consider how many properties you have and how long you need to advertise. The 10 places are shared across homes and land.
Browsing and contacting advertisers are free, with no account required. Accounts are free to create. There is no paid buyer or renter membership.
All advertisements need approval before publication. A paid plan does not guarantee a sale, tenant or number of enquiries. Monthly billing begins when your subscription payment succeeds. The monthly plan covers up to 10 live listings at once. Check your existing agency contract for any fees that may still apply. VAT treatment will be confirmed before checkout opens.
