How much does it cost to advertise a property?
£19 as a one-off for one listing advertised for 90 days, or £49 per month for up to 10 active listings at any one time. There is no free listing tier.
Can I advertise several properties without a subscription?
Yes. Create each listing in the same account and pay £19 for each one separately. Each has its own 90-day period from approved, paid publication, with no automatic renewal. For example, three listings cost £57 in total. The £49 monthly plan is optional and covers up to 10 active listings across homes and land combined.
When do the 90 days start?
The 90 days begin when your listing has been approved, paid for and published. Time spent as a draft or waiting for review does not count against it.
Do you charge buyers or renters anything?
No. Browsing, contacting advertisers and creating an account are free. There is no paid buyer or renter membership, and you do not need an account to browse or contact an advertiser. We take no sales commission on any property.
Does that mean there are no agent fees on properties listed here?
No. Estate agents and letting agents who advertise with us may charge their own fees to their own clients. Those are set by the agent and are entirely separate from what we charge. Always ask an agent to confirm their fees in writing.
Do your prices include VAT?
We will state the VAT position once the operator's VAT registration status has been confirmed. Until then we deliberately make no claim either way rather than state something unverified.
How does cancelling the monthly subscription work?
You can cancel at any time. Your listings remain live until the end of the month you have already paid for, and the subscription is not renewed after that.
How do I pay for advertising?
Choose the £19 option in your listing editor, or manage the £49 monthly plan from Billing in your dashboard. The dashboard shows whether checkout is available. If payments are not open yet, you can prepare a draft without being charged. When available, payment takes place through Stripe; listings also need approval before publication.
Who can advertise?
Private sellers, private landlords, estate agents and letting agents, anywhere in the UK. You must have the right to advertise the property.
Why has my listing gone back to pending review after I edited it?
Material changes — price, description, address, postcode, property type, bedrooms, tenure or advertiser type — return a live listing to review, because those are the facts readers rely on. Your paid period keeps running while we re-check it.
Do I have to publish my exact address?
No. You can choose to show an approximate location based on the town and the first part of the postcode instead of the full address. Many private sellers and landlords prefer this.
Which contact methods are shown to the public?
Only the ones you switch on. You can publish any combination of email, telephone and WhatsApp, and details you have not opted to publish are never sent to a public page.
How many photographs can I upload?
Up to 30 photographs of 10MB each, in JPG, PNG or WebP, plus up to 3 floorplan files and 3 EPC files which may also be PDFs.
How do I contact an advertiser?
Directly, using the email, phone or WhatsApp buttons on the listing. There is no internal messaging, offers or booking system — you deal with the advertiser yourself.
Can I save properties without an account?
Yes. Your shortlist is stored in your own browser on the device you are using. It is not synced to an account and will not appear on another device.
A listing looks wrong or suspicious. What should I do?
Use the report link on the listing. Reports reach our moderation queue with the details you provide, we review them, and we can remove a listing. Reports are never passed to the advertiser.
Are properties marked Test listing available?
No. Listings marked Test listing are fictional examples used to check the normal search and listing pages. They appear alongside ordinary listings with a clear disclaimer, are not available to buy or rent, and have no advertiser contact actions. They do not use AI-generated property photographs.
I have not received my confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. Use the resend confirmation option on the sign-in page. Your account stays inactive until the link is used.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Contact us and we will remove your account, your listings and your uploaded files. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them; the privacy notice sets this out.
