Start your advert
- Open Advertise land and choose Create a land listing. Sign in to your existing account or register.
- Choose Land as the property type. Add a headline, description, price, location and tenure for a sale.
- Complete the land type, area in acres, planning status, access and services fields. Say when something is unconfirmed.
- Save the draft, then upload genuine site photographs and any site plan you are authorised to publish.
- Select and complete at least one public contact method, save your changes and submit for review.
Review and publication
Your land advert uses the same moderation and advertising plans as a property advert. Approval and paid advertising are separate requirements. You can manage the outcome in your dashboard. Material edits to a live listing return it to review.
Land does not require bedrooms or bathrooms. Public sample adverts are marked with a disclaimer and do not represent available land.
