What you can upload
- Photographs: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10MB each, up to 30 per listing.
- Floorplans: JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 3 files.
- EPC or Home Report energy pages: JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 3 files.
Ordering
The first photograph is your cover image and appears in search results. Upload your preferred cover first. To replace it, remove the existing photograph and upload a new image; file changes return a live listing for review.
How files are stored
Files are held in private storage under a path tied to your account and the specific listing. Nobody else can list or browse your folder. Images shown on a public listing page are served through short-lived signed links, and files attached to a listing that is not published are not publicly reachable at all.
Please do not upload photographs containing identifiable people, vehicle registration plates, documents with personal data, or anything you do not own the rights to.
