Pricing and what is included

Single listing — £99, one-off

• One property advertised for 90 days.
• The 90 days begin when the listing is approved, paid and published — not when you create it, and not while it is waiting for review.
• Everything included: photographs, floorplan, EPC, and direct enquiries by your chosen contact methods.

Advertiser subscription — £250 per month

• Up to 10 active listings at any one time.
• Replace a listing as soon as one is sold, let or withdrawn to free a place.
• Includes an agency profile in the agent directory.
• Renews monthly until you cancel. On cancellation your listings remain live to the end of the paid month.

What we never charge

• There is no free listing tier.
• Buyers and renters are never charged.
• We charge no sales commission.
