Marking a property sold or let

Use 'Mark as sold' or 'Mark as let' on your dashboard as soon as terms are agreed. The listing stops appearing in search straight away and stays in your account for your records. On a subscription, this immediately frees one of your 10 places.

Withdrawing a listing

Withdrawing removes a listing from public view immediately. If you withdraw a one-off listing partway through its 90 days, the remaining days are not transferred to another property automatically — contact us and we will look at it case by case.

Renewing

A one-off listing expires 90 days after publication and disappears from search at that moment, whether or not any scheduled job has run. You can renew from your dashboard, which starts a fresh 90-day period once paid and published.
